Day 1: Darwin - Litchfield National Park
On this first day, you will be collected from your accommodation in Darwin around 7 am. After a short journey, you will arrive to the Litchfield National Park and have time to discover this luxuriant area. Explore the waterfalls, swim, hike and discover the termite mounds. There are 2 different types of termite mounds: cathedral termite mounds can be 6m high, while magnetic termite mounds follow a north/south axis. Take time to explore Florence and Wangi Falls before having lunch. Then, you will hit the road and head to the Kakadu National Park. Travelling past billabongs, you will have a great opportunity to see some local animals. You will have dinner and spend the night at a private campsite, close to the Kakadu National Park.

Day 2: Litchfield National Park - Ubirr
After breakfast, you will have the chance to join a Yellow Water Cruise. This cruise is a must-do activity within Kakadu National Park. It will give you the opportunity to discover the spectacular billabong system of this region and to see some crocodiles! Then you will travel to Nourlangie Rock. Here you will see how Aboriginal people lived over the last 20 000 years! Ater lunch, you will visit the Bowali Visitor Centre, where you will learn more about the Aboriginal culture, and the Marrawuddi Gallery, that displays indigenous works of art. Afterwards, you will discover the site of Ubirr. Your guide will tell you the legend of the Rainbow Serpent and you will climb the Nadab Lookout for panoramic views. Then it will be time to make the journey to your camp.

Day 3: Kakadu National Park - Arnhemland
Today, you will live a once in a lifetime experience. You will spend the day in one of the most remote regions of Australia: the Arnhemland. There, you will discover ancient Aboriginal rock art, that will be brought to life by your indigenous guide. From an escapment, you will then enjoy a nice view over the Arnhemland, before travelling to the Injalak Art Centre. In this centre, you will discover some amazing indigenous art, but also see artists at work. Then it will be time to make your way to the camp for another hearty meal followed by a good night!

Day 4: Gunlom Falls - Edith Falls
This new day will have a lower pace, giving you the opportunity to have some rest. You will spend the morning at the Gunlom Falls. Enjoy the scenery and take some pictures before relaxing around the lower plunge pool. You can also choose to hike to the top of the waterfall or to swim in one of the waterholes. After lunch, you will travel on to the Katherine region. Along the way, you will stop at the Edith Falls for a refreshing dip in the plunge pool. Then you will enjoy your last dinner with your guide and your new friends.

Day 5: Nitmiluk National Park (Katherine Gorge) - Darwin
Today's wake up will be early, so that you can enjoy the Nitmiluk National Park and the famous Katherine Gorge. To discover the spectacular Katherine Gorge, you may choose to undertake a walk along the rock walls, to board a cruise or to hire a canoe. This area is the spiritual home of the Jawoyn Aboriginal community and has therefore a strong cultural meaning. After lunch, you will take part in the Top Didj Cultural Experience. You will have the chance to interact with Manuel Pamkal, an Aboriginal artist, and to ask him your questions about his culture. He will also give you an insight into the art practices of his people. Later on, it will be time to relax during your trip back to Darwin.
